The BalticGrid-II 2nd All-Hands Meeting (12-14 May 2009) and Grid Open Day (12th May 2009)  were held in the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Latvia (IMCS UL) in Raina blvd.29 (Riga, Latvia).  The events were co-organised by the IMCS UL and Riga Technical University (RTU).
